64 y.o. female presents with several months of increasing shortness of breath.
65 y.o. female with a history of clear cell carcinoma of the ovaries presents with several days of fever and malaise
Vitals: T: 39.3, HR: 106, RR: 22
59 y.o. male presents with a 10 day history of cough producing yellow/green sputum
76 y.o. male presents with several months of progressive shortness of breath
25 y.o. male with a PMHx of syphillis presents with 3 weeks on increasing shortness of breath and weight loss of 25 pounds over the past 2 months.
42 y.o. male presents with acute onset of chest pain that is worse upon exertion
47 y.o. female presents with right sided chest pain
59 y.o. male with a history of cerebral palsy presents with 3 weeks of coughing and a decreased appetite. He has already taken a standard course of azithromycin but his condition has not improved.
20 y.o. male presents with a 5 day history of left sided chest pain. The pain had a sudden onset when he was doing the bench press at the gym. It has persisted since.
67 y.o. male with a known history of colon cancer presents with 3 days of dyspnea and right sided chest pain. The pain radiates to the RUQ of his abdomen, to his back, and to his flank. The pain increases with inspiration and when leaning forward.
Vitals: T: 37.3, BP: 141/80, HR: 70, RR: 21, SpO2: 95% on room air
